| First Aid stations are located inside the Arena Lobby, inside the lower level of the arena and inside the lobby of Gold Hall. The Arena and the Cabarrus Rooms are equipped with automated external defibrillator (AED) units and each of our senior staff has been certified in the operation. |
| The Cabarrus Arena offers 140 public restrooms throughout the facility. All restrooms are accessible and equipped with baby changing stations. Companion and family restrooms are located in the Arena Lobby and inside Gold Hall. |
| Unless a part of an organized show, only Service animals, with a copy of their current certification papers, for guests with disabilities will be permitted inside the Cabarrus Arena buildings. Please let us know if specific accommodations are needed for your service animal. |
| Wheelchairs are available to transport guests to their seat location. We will require a valid driver's license or photo ID. |
