| Cabarrus Arena recognizes the needs of guests with disabilities, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. Convenient wheelchair access to the Arena is available on the Lobby Level at the mezzanine on the South side of the main entrance. Accessible ticket windows are located on the Ticket Tower in front of the Arena main entrance. | The Cabarrus Arena has automated external defibrillator (AED) devices conveniently located in the lobby of the Cabarrus Arena and in the lobby of the Cabarrus Rooms. Each senior member of the Cabarrus Arena staff has is trained and certified to use this equipment in the event of an emergency. |

| There are a variety of points of purchase for the purchase of alcoholic beverages located in the Facility. Primary sales centers are located in the main arena lobby concession stands. From time to time, additional portable points of purchase are opened throughout the arena facility as needed for certain events. Private bars are also available during our catered events. | The box office is open Monday through Friday, 10 am to 5 pm, with extended hours on event days. The box office windows will generally remain open for one hour after an event has started. | Cabarrus Arena has a 28,800 square-foot floor and seats 5,000 for concerts and family shows and 3,500 for basketball and football events. The Center provides 2,500 on-site parking spaces, including more handicap parking spaces than is required by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). |
| The Cabarrus County Fair is held in September and traditionally opens on the Friday following Labor Day each year. Our 11-acre midway plays home to the rides, games and food vendors. Gold Hall houses the exhibitors and entries. The Event Center plays home to a small entertainment stage, Community Service displays and our very popular livestock barn. In recent years, the addition of a horse-pull in the arena has been added to the schedule of events as well. | The Cabarrus Rooms are the banquet rooms at the Cabarrus Arena. Cabarrus Room A is 2,400 square feet, Cabarrus Room B is 1,200 square feet and Cabarrus Room C is also 1,200 square feet. All totaled, we have 4,800 square feet (and portions thereof) that beautifully suit wedding receptions, business meetings, seminars and many other social and corporate events. |

| As an active community participant, the Cabarrus Arena is dedicated to assisting community organizations that focus on charitable or educational programs in Cabarrus County and throughout the state of North Carolina. The Cabarrus Arena loves to work with charitable organizations to assist in their fund-raising efforts. The Cabarrus Arena has contributed in excess of $54,000 in the past 24 months to Girl and Boy Scout Troops, High School Booster Clubs and Church Groups, to name a few. | In most cases, the Cabarrus Arena is not the promoter of the shows and events that play here. Therefore, we likely will not have the authority to contribute any tickets. It's not our show and the tickets do not belong to us. Any requests for tickets for charitable organizations must follow donation guidelines. All requests must be made in writing on event or organization letterhead 4 - 6 weeks prior to the event date. We will happily forward your request to the promoter of the show and/or the event. Requests for employee incentive programs (i.e. United Way campaign fundraising, employee appreciation, etc.) are not typically granted. |
| Ticketing will vary from show to show and the event promoter will set their own ticketing policy. However, typically children, who have celebrated their second birthday, must have a valid admission ticket for entry for most shows. Children not yet reaching their 2nd birthday will usually be granted complimentary admission but must sit on the lap of their parent or guardian. | Our elevator, located on the Southeastern side of the arena between sections 211 and 311, service disabled guests attending events at the Cabarrus Arena. Disabled guests are given priority to use this elevator. |
| Designated Facility ushers and other personnel have been trained in proper procedures for emergency preparedness. These designated staff members will have the primary duty of assisting guests with disabilities to specific locations. |

| Event Center A & B measure independently (A) 40,000 square feet and (B) 30,000 square feet. Opened up, it offers 70,000 square feet with ramp access into the arena, if desired, for an additional square footage of 28,800 square feet. The Event Center offers spacious ceiling heights, a three-bay loading dock and seven (7) roll up doors large enough to accommodate a tractor/trailer truck. This room is perfect for any number of events, trade shows, consumer shows, small sports competitions, small concerts, corporate meetings, banquets and so much more. |

| Since most of the events that come to our facility are produced by an outside promoting company or organization, we at the arena are not involved in securing vendors or exhibitors for these shows. Cabarrus Arena intends to provide a safe, comfortable and fan-friendly atmosphere for all our guests. Consequently, facility management won't tolerate disruptive or unruly behavior. The following rules have been established for unacceptable fan behavior:
Guests wearing obscene or indecent clothing will not be permitted to enter. Guests interfering with the ability of others to enjoy the event will be ejected. Guests using foul or abusive language or gestures will be ejected. Guests appearing intoxicated will be ejected and turned over to the Cabarrus County Sheriff's Department. Guests interfering with the progress of an event will be ejected from the facility and subject to possible arrest.
To enforce these policies, security is located throughout the facility during all events. Guests violating any of these rules will not be welcome at Cabarrus Arena. Those who observe other guests violating these policies should report the incident to the nearest facility representative. |
| First Aid Stations offer medical assistance and are located in the Arena Atrium Lobby and in the Gold Hall Lobby. |
| Food or beverages of any kind (alcoholic included) are not permitted to be brought into the facility. Concession stands, located throughout the facility, sell various types of food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. North Carolina law prohibits the sale of alcohol to all persons under the age of 21. Guests will be required to show proper identification when purchasing alcoholic beverages. | Gold Halls 1 & 2 are among our most popular rooms on property. Gold Hall 1 boasts 20,000 square feet and Gold Hall 2 has 10,000 square feet. Both have spacious ceiling heights and 10' x 10' roll up doors. These rooms accommodate a range of events such as corporate meetings, banquets, trade and consumer shows and small concerts. The flexibility of Gold Halls 1 & 2 is increased by a flexible lobby which can also be used as part of the facility space. |

| Anyone entering the facility with a package or purse may be asked to consent to a visual inspection. Guests not allowing inspection of their packages will be refused entry. |
Vehicles will be allowed to access facility 60 - 90 minutes prior to the scheduled start of an event. The Cabarrus Arena has more handicap parking spaces than the Americans with Disabilities Act requires for our facility. However, we suggest that should parking be an issue for you or for your guest/s, please arrive early. Guests requiring additional assistance can be dropped off in front of the Arena and the driver can then return after parking.
Parking fees are generally $5.00 per vehicle requiring only 1 parking space. Additional fees may apply to park larger vehicles and vehicles requiring more than 1 parking spot such as passenger vans and buses for some events. The Cabarrus Arena and Events Center retains the right to charge for parking for each event held on our property. However, special arrangements for "hosted parking" (the show promoter has covered the parking fees for his/her particular show or event) are sometimes in place for some shows. If wheelchair assistance becomes necessary during an event, please notify the nearest staff member. |
