Ownership
The Cabarrus Arena & Events Center is owned by the County of Cabarrus located in Concord, North Carolina. The facility opened its doors on September 7, 2002 with the 50th Annual Cabarrus County Fair.
Cabarrus County is governed by a five-member Board of Commissioners, elected at large in countywide elections.
