The Mecklenburg Amateur Radio Society has canceled the Charlotte Hamfest scheduled for March 12th & 13th, 2021. While the Society is deeply disappointed, they will be focusing on the 2022 Charlotte Hamfest where they hope to bring the quality, multidimensional hamfest that everyone has come to enjoy.
The COVID pandemic has brought such uncertainty regarding how and if the Charlotte Hamfest could be held next spring and the Mecklenburg Amateur Radio Society realized the event would fall short of everyone’s expectations. The Society does not want to put on an event that is less than what everyone deserves. Plan to join the Charlotte Hamfest on March 11th & 12th, 2022 for what is sure to be an exciting and good time.
