The Cabarrus Arena and Events Center Box Office is located at the Main Entrance of the Arena. For ticket purchases during business hours on non-event days, please visit the Administrative Offices in the Cabarrus Rooms building for assistance.
Hours of Operation:
On event days, The Box Office opens one hour before doors for walk-up sales, unless the event is sold out. For walk-up sales on non-event days, please call ahead to confirm availability. Weekday box office hours are typically M – F, 9am – 4pm.
Will Call
Will Call is typically open one hour before doors open for each event. ID may be required to pick up tickets left at Will Call.
Resale
Cabarrus Arena and Events Center is a Ticketmaster venue. We strongly recommend against buying tickets from third-party websites, as we are unable to provide service for resale purchases and cannot guarantee that tickets will be valid for entry. If you are unsure about a ticket site, please call our Box Office for assistance before purchasing. All tickets should be purchased through Ticketmaster.com.
